Legal agreement governing your use of ajo88 services

By registering, you represent and warrant that you have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. ajo88 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and all funds may be forfeited.
ajo88 services are intended for residents of Indonesia. You represent and warrant that you are physically located within Indonesia at the time of accessing our services. We reserve the right to verify your location through IP address tracking, payment method verification, and identity documentation. Access from restricted jurisdictions may result in immediate account termination.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and Indonesian national identity card (KTP) number. You may only create one Account per person. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed, and associated funds may be forfeited. You are prohibited from allowing any third party to access or use your Account.
ajo88 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. As part of our KYC procedures, you may be required to submit identity verification documents including a copy of your Indonesian national ID card (KTP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your ID card. Withdrawal requests may be suspended until successful KYC verification is completed. ajo88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity and compliance with these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must immediately notify ajo88 customer support if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. ajo88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information. We strongly recommend using a unique, complex password and enabling two-factor authentication when available.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) using the ajo88 platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws; (b) attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any technical vulnerabilities in our systems; (c) using automated scripts, bots, or third-party software to place bets or interact with our services; (d) colluding with other players or engaging in fraudulent betting patterns; (e) engaging in arbitrage betting or bonus abuse across multiple accounts or platforms; (f) using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods; (g) providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification; (h) attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any aspect of the ajo88 platform.
ajo88 employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns, fraudulent activity, and policy violations. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious account activity, temporarily suspend accounts pending investigation, and permanently terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms. In cases of detected fraud or abuse, ajo88 may void bets, confiscate funds, and report the matter to relevant authorities.
ajo88 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is IDR 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation of payment receipt. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund confiscation.
Withdrawals can be requested to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name and verified during KYC procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 100,000. Standard withdrawal processing times are under 30 minutes for Bronze tier members, under 15 minutes for Silver tier members, and under 5 minutes for Gold VIP members. Withdrawals may be delayed if your Account has not completed KYC verification or if additional verification is required. ajo88 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large withdrawal requests exceeding IDR 50,000,000.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. You may not withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds until all wagering requirements have been satisfied. Deposits must be wagered at least once at minimum odds of 1.50 (for sports betting) or played through once (for casino games) before withdrawal eligibility, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. ajo88 reserves the right to charge administrative fees for excessive withdrawal requests (more than 5 withdrawals within 24 hours) or for withdrawals to payment methods different from the original deposit method.
All bonuses and promotions offered by ajo88 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods. Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the combined deposit plus bonus amount, as specified in the promotion terms. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports bets contribute 100% (minimum odds 1.50 required). The maximum bet allowed while bonus funds are active is IDR 25,000 per spin, hand, or bet. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and associated winnings.
ajo88 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, coordinated play across multiple accounts, exploiting software errors or glitches to gain unfair advantage, and low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed, and all funds may be forfeited. Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

ajo88 shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, telecommunications failures, power outages, or any other force majeure event. During such events, our obligations under these Terms shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure circumstance.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting ajo88 customer support. Upon closure request, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your Account balance. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure. You remain bound by these Terms with respect to any activities that occurred while your Account was active, including any outstanding obligations or disputes.
ajo88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, provided false information, or pose a risk to the integrity of our platform. Upon termination for cause, any remaining Account balance may be forfeited, and you will be prohibited from creating new accounts or accessing ajo88 services in the future.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. ajo88 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of IDR 50,000 per month on dormant accounts with remaining balances. If you have any complaint or dispute regarding your use of ajo88 services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve all complaints within 14 business days. You agree to provide all relevant information and cooperate fully during the investigation process. If a resolution cannot be reached through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our management team for final review.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming platforms serving the Indonesian market.
